Our projects

At Bikenine, we believe that cycling should be the easiest, safest, and most natural way to get around. That’s why our projects always start from the user’s perspective. Whether we’re designing high-capacity bicycle parking at major train stations, shaping city-wide cycling strategies, or creating pop-up parking during busy events. From Dublin to Deventer, we help cities, regions, and organizations make smart choices that improve bike access and support long-term behavior change. Our work is practical, people-focused, and always tailored to local needs.

Can you move a bike flat? We found out
Bikenine explored if Amsterdam’s iconic bike flat could get a second life. We tested its structure, how to take it apart, move it over water, and rebuild it. A deep dive into circular design. One that taught us a lot.

Bicycle parking strategy for a more accessible Deventer
Deventer wants more people to visit- and stay - in its city centre. To support that, Bikenine helped shape a smart bicycle parking strategy based on the STOMP principle. Because a bike-friendly city starts with parking that actually works.

Park & Walk: when you can’t park at the door
Cyclists love parking as close as possible to their destination, but sometimes that’s just not an option. With our Park & Walk system, Bikenine helps redirect cyclists to nearby parking, without confusion or frustration.
